Since Progressive Field opened in 1994, over 275,000 fans have toured the park, generating more than $730,000 for Cleveland Indians Charities (CIC). CIC is the self-sustaining charitable arm of the Cleveland Indians that concentrates on creative partnerships with select organizations that focus on youth education and recreation. Since its inception in 1989, CIC has donated nearly $9 million to youth-oriented agencies and organizations throughout Northeast Ohio.
