DONATIONS


Each year the Los Angeles Dodgers support thousands of non-profit organizations in Southern California that are dedicated to making a difference in their community. To help support these organizations, the Dodgers donate various items that are used for fundraising auctions and raffles.

Due to the large volume of requests the Dodgers receive, we have established the following guidelines to help us facilitate donation requests:

• All requests must be submitted in writing on your organization's letterhead, at least six weeks prior to the date of the event.

• All requests must be mailed to us at the address below. We do not accept requests that are made by telephone, fax or email.

• Each request must contain the following information about your organization:
   - History, mission and purpose
   - Date of event
   - Mailing address and a contact name
   - Federal Tax ID Number

• Please understand that due to the volume of requests received most donations are fulfilled only a couple weeks before the event. However, in most cases you will receive confirmation of your request by mail within two weeks of our receipt.

• As a matter of policy, we cannot consider any requests for organizations located outside California.

• The decision whether to make a donation is at the sole discretion of the Los Angeles Dodgers Community Relations Department.
