Alumni from the Los Angeles Dodgers are assigned for community based events for non-profit groups, schools, as well as baseball/softball clinics. All organizations requesting alumni should mail a written request on their organization's letterhead 4-6 weeks prior to the event date and it should contain all of the particulars of the event and must be mailed - faxed or emailed requests will not be processed.
Additionally, the Dodgers Alumni Association Request Form for 2011 must be filled out in order to finish processing the request. Depending on availability, we try to accommodate all requests.

If a Dodgers alumni is confirmed for the event, the event organizer will be notified and a short bio will be forwarded to their attention. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will notify you as well. Additionally, per our guidelines, he is available only for groups of 100 or more and for 1 hour ONLY. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. Finally, we request that pictures of your event which highlight interaction with our Dodger legend be forwarded to our attention.
