ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Meet a 2006 Dodger All-Star Nominee Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States (except Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and all other U.S. and foreign territories and possessions, and excluding where otherwise prohibited by law, rule or regulation), who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of the Los Angeles Dodgers LLC (the "Sponsor"), the other MLB Entities and each of their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM"), Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions), Baseball Television, Inc. (d/b/a Major League Baseball International), the Major League Baseball Clubs, and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers and employees of the above entities. Online entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from dodgers.com; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such e-mails. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 a.m. PT on June 8, 2006 and ends at 8:59 p.m. PT on June 29, 2006 ("Entry Period"). There are two ways to enter: online or by mail. No other method of entry will be accepted. Limit one entry per person regardless of method of entry.

1. Online Method: During the Entry Period, select the Dodgers as your "favorite" or "other favorite" club, submit your complete name, date of birth, ZIP/postal code and e-mail address to MLBAM when you submit twenty-five (25) online votes for the 2006 All-Star Game via the Monster.com 2006 All-Star Game Online Ballot and you will be automatically entered in the Sweepstakes. All information submitted online by entrants is subject to MLB.com's Privacy Policy accessible at: www.mlb.com/mlb/help/mlb_help_about_privacy.jsp. Entrants must complete all non-optional data requested on the online entry form. Incomplete entries are void.

2. Mail-in Method: If you do not wish to enter online or you have already voted one or more times before the entry period, you may enter the Sweepstakes by printing your name, address, city, state and zip code, day & evening telephone number and e-mail address (optional) on a standard size postcard and mail to: Los Angeles Dodgers LLC, 1000 Elysian Park Avenue Los Angeles, California 90012. Sponsor will only use e-mail addresses provided via the Mail-in entry method for prize notification purposes only; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's provision of this information. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by June 29, 2006 and received by Sponsor by July 7, 2006. Mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

RANDOM DRAWING: The winner of the Sweepstakes (the "Winner") will be selected by random drawing on or about July 7, 2006 from all eligible entries received by the Sponsor or MLBAM, as applicable, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded. Limit one prize per person, family or household.

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive four (4) Field Box tickets to see the Los Angeles Dodgers in a 2006 regular season home game at Dodger Stadium (seat location and game to be determined by Sponsor) and the opportunity to meet one of the Dodger 2006 All-Star Nominees (such All-Star Nominee to be determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion). Ten (10) third prize winners will each receive one (1) complementary All-Star Level Membership to the Think Blue Rewards Club. Estimated Retail Value of the Prize - $19.95 each membership (ERV).

The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions except at Sponsor's sole discretion. The MLB Entities and Sponsor will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation of MLB games. There will be no substitutions for the Prize except due to unavailability, in which case, a cash prize of equal value to the face value of the Prize will be awarded at the exclusive discretion of the Sponsor.

NOTIFICATION: The Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone by the Sponsor and/or MLBAM, or in the event the Winner entered by regular mail, he or she will be notified by telephone and/or overnight mail by the Sponsor. In the event that the Winner does not respond to any such notification within three (3) days, a disqualification will result and an alternate winner shall be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries. The Winner will receive Sponsor's Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability, which must be completed, notarized and returned within ten (10) days of receipt. A disqualification will result and an alternative winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries if the Sponsor's Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability are not properly returned within the specified period of time. Refusal or return of Sponsor's Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability as non-deliverable will also result in disqualification and cause an alternative winner to be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements. By entering the Sweepstakes, each Winner agrees to waive any and all claims against the Sponsor, the other MLB Entities and their respective agents and representatives for any injury, damage or loss that may occur from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any prize or travel related to the receipt or use of any prize, and each Winner grants to Sponsor and MLBAM the right to publicize such Winner's name and/or likeness in any medium without additional compensation or consideration unless prohibited by law.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: The Sponsor, the other MLB Entities and their agents and representatives are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes-related materials; stolen, late or misdirected entries, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, misdirected, damaged, incomplete, postage due or illegible entries. Sweepstakes entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. The Sponsor, the other MLB Entities and their respective agents and representatives are not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate transcription or loss or delay of entry or prize reply information, or any viruses transmitted to computers of participants via the Internet, or for any technical or human errors associated with the Sweepstakes. If, in the Sponsor's exclusive judgment, this promotion becomes compromised in any way, Sponsor reserves the right to withdraw the promotion offer, cancel any method of entry, to void any entries submitted fraudulently or select winners from all eligible entries received prior to act that compromised the promotion.

Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor, the other MLB Entities or their agents. Sponsor and MLBAM shall have the sole right to disqualify any contestant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. Sponsor and the other MLB Entities (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any prize, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws in the County of New York, state of New York.

Sponsor and the other MLB Entities reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor or the other MLB Entities corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify winners and award the prizes by way of random drawing from among all entrants who had entered the Sweepstakes at the time of such cancellations.

All online entries must include a valid e-mail address for the entrant. In case of multiple entries, only the first entry received will be considered. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry. The "Authorized Account Holder" is the person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
