ELIGIBILITY: Dodgers First Pitch Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of California who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and any person residing in their same households, whether or not related) of Los Angeles Dodgers LLC ("Sponsor"), the other MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate or win a Prize (as defined, below, in "Prizes" section). The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLBAM" or "MLB.com"), Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc. (doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions and Major League Baseball International), the Major League Baseball Clubs, Tickets.com, Inc., SportsOnEarth, LLC and each of their subsidiaries or affiliated entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Major League Baseball Clubs or the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, and the directors, officers, employees and agents of the above entities. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. The Sweepstakes is void outside California where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 8:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") on May 12, 2008 and ends at 8:59 PM PT on August 19, 2008 ("Entry Period"). There are two ways to enter: online or by mail. No other method of entry will be accepted. There is a limit of one (1) entry per person/e-mail address/household, regardless of method of entry.

1. Online Method: During the Entry Period, persons desiring to submit an entry ("Entrant(s)") may go to www.dodgers.com and click on the Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online entry form for the Sweepstakes. By successfully transmitting his/her completed online entry form as directed, each Entrant will be entered in the Sweepstakes. All information submitted online by Entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, MLB.com's Privacy Policy accessible at: www.mlb.com/privacy. Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Online Entrants will be given the option to receive commercial e-mails from www.dodgers.com; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon Entrant's consent to receive such e-mails.

2. Mail-in Method: If an Entrant does not wish to enter online, Entrant may enter the Sweepstakes by hand-printing Entrant's name, address, city, state and zip code, day & evening telephone number (including area code), date of birth and e-mail address (optional) on a 3"x5" postcard and mailing the postcard with proper postage affixed to:

Sponsor will use e-mail addresses provided via the Mail-in Method for Prize notification purposes only; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon Entrant's provision of this information. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by August 19, 2008 and received by Sponsor by August 25, 2008 to be eligible. Mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

RANDOM DRAWING: The potential winner(s) of the Sweepstakes (each, a "Winner" and collectively, the "Winners") will be selected by random drawing on or about August 26, 2008 from among all eligible entries received by the Sponsor or MLBAM, as applicable. The decisions of Sponsor, including the selection of potential Winners, are final and binding on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. There is a limit of one (1) Prize per person, family or household.

PRIZES: Twenty-one (21) "Prizes" will be awarded: one (1) Grand Prize, ten (10) Second Prizes, and ten (10) Third Prizes.

One (1) Winner will receive a Grand Prize including four (4) Baseline Box tickets for the Dodgers game against the San Diego Padres to be played at 7:10 PM PT on September 2, 2008 at Dodger Stadium in Los Angeles, California (the "Game") plus the opportunity, subject to the rules and regulations of Sponsor, to throw out the "Ceremonial First Pitch" prior to the Game. Baseline Box tickets include access to Baseline Box Clubs that feature a complimentary food and non-alcoholic drink buffet from the time the stadium gates open until the 7th inning. The estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is $900.

Ten (10) second place Winners will each receive four (4) Infield Reserve tickets for the Game (each, a "Second Prize"). The estimated retail value of each Second Prize is $124.

Ten (10) third place Winners will each receive one (1) replica hat (each, a "Third Prize"). The estimated retail value of each Third Prize is $18.

The Winner is fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). TRANSPORTATION IS NOT INCLUDED. All costs and expenses associated acceptance and use of the Prize(s) not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging, transportation costs, meals, gratuities and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize(s) are the sole responsibility of the Winner(s). Winners companions must be of legal age of majority in their jurisdictions of residence, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. Major League Baseball game, event and exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the applicable Major League Baseball Club, as applicable, and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as Prizes will govern in the event a legal game, event or exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played due to weather, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance or any other reason beyond the reasonable control of Sponsor and/or the MLB Entities. Winner(s) agrees to comply with all applicable stadium regulations in connection with the Prize(s). Sponsor and the applicable MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to Winner(s) and/or any guest of Winner(s) who engage(s) in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the Game, event or exhibition. Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, event or exhibition.

Prize(s) are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. There will be no substitutions for the Prize(s) except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a Prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion.

NOTIFICATION: Each potential Winner will be notified by e-mail, telephone and/or mail (in the sole discretion of Sponsor and/or MLBAM, as applicable) (the "Prize Notification"). In the event that any potential Winner does not respond to any such Prize Notification within three (3) days of date of issuance, a disqualification will result and the Prize will be forfeited. At Sponsor's sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential Winner may be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries. Each potential Winner may be required to submit his/her valid social security number and/or other identification to Sponsor and may be required to execute, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability within five (5) days of date of issuance. Failure to submit any identification required by Sponsor or to return the required documents within the specified time period, noncompliance with these Official Rules, or the return of any Prize or Prize Notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and forfeiture of Prize and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, may cause an alternate potential Winner to be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the Sweepstakes and submitting an entry, each Entrant agrees to (i) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (ii) waive any and all claims against Sponsor, the other MLB Entities and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, "Released Parties") for any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the Sweepstakes or from the receipt or use of any Prize or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of any Prize. By acceptance of Prize, each Winner grants to Sponsor, MLBAM and each of their respective designees the right to use, reproduce, and publicize such Winner's name, city and state of residence, voice, likeness, and any photographs, films, or recordings made of Winner. in any manner whatsoever, at Sponsor's and/or any MLB Entity's sole discretion, including, without limitation, for advertising, promotional, or trade purposes in conjunction with this and similar promotions, in any and all media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without notice and without further compensation or consideration to Entrant, except where prohibited by law. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Released Parties are not responsible for stolen, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, lost, damaged, garbled, delayed, incomplete, postage-due or garbled entries, email or mail; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors or problems of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, network, computer, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, the announcement of Prize(s) or in any Sweepstakes-related materials. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website or attempt to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception or other unfair playing practices, or intend to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrant or Sponsor's representatives or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Sweepstakes is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor, MLBAM or their respective agents. Sponsor shall have the sole right to disqualify any Entrant for violation of these Official Rules or any applicable laws relating to the Sweepstakes, and to resolve all disputes in their sole discretion. Released Parties (i) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning any Prize, and (ii) disclaim any implied warranty. All disputes will be resolved under applicable U.S. laws in the County of New York, State of New York. Sponsors' failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Sponsor and MLBAM reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes corrupt administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof). In the event of cancellation, Sponsor may elect to identify Winners and award Prizes by way of random drawing from among all non-suspect, eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation. If, in the exclusive judgment of Sponsor and/or MLBAM, this Sweepstakes becomes compromised in any way, MLBAM and Sponsor reserve the right to cancel the Sweepstakes or withdraw the Sweepstakes offer, cancel any method of entry, to void any entries submitted fraudulently or select Winners from all eligible entries received prior to the act that compromised the Sweepstakes.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND MLBAM WILL DISQUALIFY ANY SUCH ENTRANT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Entries generated by a script, macro or other mechanical or automated means will be disqualified. All online entries must include a valid e-mail address for the Entrant. In case of multiple entries received from any person or email address or household, only the first entry received from such person or email address or household will be considered. In the event of dispute as to the identity or eligibility of a Winner based on an e-mail address, the winning entry will be declared made by the "Authorized Account Holder" of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry provided that the Authorized Account Holder is eligible according to these Official Rules. The "Authorized Account Holder" is defined as the natural person to whom the applicable Internet service provider or other organization (such as a business or educational institution) has assigned the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
