In order to receive a promotional item, a guest must be in attendance and produce a valid game ticket upon entering the stadium. A ticket will be deemed invalid if the ticket stub has been detached, the ticket barcode has been deactivated or invalidated, or if a re-entry gate usher has invalidated the ticket with a stamp or mark.

Each guest will be given only one promotional item upon entering the stadium. No one will be given more than one item, regardless of the number of valid tickets that the person presents or the number of times that the person tries to re-enter the stadium.

A maximum of 50,000 promotional items will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis, unless the items are for children age 14 & under, in which case a maximum of 15,000 items will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

All guests must meet the age qualifications for age-sensitive items to be eligible to receive an item (e.g. kids 14 & under).

For giveaways to children age 14 & under, each child must have a valid ticket to be eligible to receive an item. Children 3 years old or younger who do not need a ticket to enter the stadium, will not be eligible to receive an item. To ensure that a child receives an item, please be sure that the child has a valid ticket upon entering the stadium.

Also, please be sure to obtain your item upon entering the stadium and before leaving the distribution area. In fairness to all guests, any guest who approaches the distribution area or the distribution staff after he or she has left the area will be denied an item.

The Dodgers are not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lost or stolen items will not be replaced.

Some items may have been damaged during shipping and handling. Please inspect your item upon receipt. If your item is damaged and/or broken, please see an on-site Dodgers' promotional representative immediately to exchange it for another item.

All items will be distributed at the entry gates from the announced time that the gates open until 90 minutes after the start of the game. For post-game distributions, items will be distributed beginning after the 7th inning and continuing until 1 hour after the completion of the game. Redemption vouchers that are given away before a game for items that are to be distributed after the game (e.g. bats) may only be redeemed on the day of the giveaway.
