176Blair, KyleLos Gatos HSRHPR/R6'04" 1988-09-27HS400K
Comments: Blair is a projectable high school right-hander with good size and a good, but not great, arm. He's got an average fastball with average commmand, but there's room for growth in his frame, which could lead to more ticks on the fastball. His slider has the chance to be a decent offering, but is very inconsistent right now. There are plenty of teams who like projection from their high schoolers and Blair fits that mold.

806Cole, TaylorBishop Gorman HSRHPR/R6'00" 1989-08-20HS400K
Comments: A converted shortstop who is pitching for the first time, Cole is a project with tremendous arm strength. He's a little undersized, but has deceptive strength and is a terrific athlete. His family wants him to go on his Mormon mission and he's signed to go to BYU, but he could be intriguing for a team that likes to mold young throwers into pitchers.

20Withrow, ChristopherMidland Christian HSRHPR/R6'03"1951989-04-01HS400K
Comments: With athleticism, very clean mechanics and three pitches that have a chance to be above-average, Withrow is very intriguing. Throw in the fact that his father pitched at the University of Texas and in the White Sox organization and the bloodlines are there as well.

39Adkins, JamesU TennesseeLHPL/L6'05"1951985-11-26JR400K
Comments: Adkins put himself on the map with a very strong season debut, but had mixed results as the season wore on. He picked it up by carrying a no-hitter into the eighth inning of his SEC Tournament start. He pitches backwards, off of his plus breaking stuff rather than off of his fastball, something that he'll probably learn to reverse as a pro. Whether he's a starter in the future remains to be seen, but with his slider, he at the very least has a future as a lefty specialist out of the bullpen.
