Kuroda throws BP session without pain
Dodgers trainer says left oblique has apparently healed
PHILADELPHIA -- Dodgers right-hander Hiroki Kuroda threw a 50-pitch bullpen session without any pain, before Tuesday's game against the Phillies. Kuroda was placed on the disabled list on April 7 with a mild left oblique strain."He said he feels good," said Dodgers trainer Stan Conte. "That's really important, considering the travel, and we'll move on from here. We haven't set a schedule, because an oblique strain is one of those injuries that's touch-and-go. But it appears the muscle is healed."
