Dodgers to host Manny poster giveaway

First 20,000 fans at Aug. 5 game to receive collectible

07/24/09 4:24 AM ET

Manny Ramirez's pinch-hit grand slam on Wednesday night will be immortalized with a poster to be given away at Dodger Stadium next month.

The first 20,000 fans at the Aug. 5 game against the Brewers will receive an individually numbered poster with artwork depicting Ramirez's slam against the Reds that propelled the Dodgers to a 6-2 victory.

Ramirez's sixth-inning homer came after he'd been hit on the hand the night before, keeping him out of the starting lineup for his own bobblehead night. But he came off the bench for his 21st career grand slam, putting him within two of tying Lou Gehrig's all-time career record.

"It was great, one of the best moments of my career," said Ramirez.

The poster is part of a series depicting great moments at Dodger Stadium. The first was Orlando Hudson's cycle, and the second was a depiction of the Dodgers' run of walk-off victories.
