CHICAGO - The Chicago White Sox are honoring members of the Chicago Fire Department and Chicago Police Department for their bravery and service by offering each member two complimentary tickets to one of 15 games at U.S. Cellular Field this season. This is the third consecutive year the team has provided tickets to police officers and the second the offer has been extended to Chicago firefighters. Since the program's inception, the White Sox have provided department members over 40,000 game tickets.

Firefighters and officers will be required to show their department identification and badge, in order to claim the tickets. The deadline to redeem is Friday, May 2.
The 15 White Sox games available include: April 2, 3, 10, 11, 26 and 30; May 9, 10, 27 and 30; June 9, 11, 17 and 30; and July 2 - game dates subject to availability.
"On behalf of the City of Chicago, I want to thank the extraordinary men and women of the Police and Fire Departments for their commitment to serve Chicago and its residents," said Mayor Rahm Emanuel. "I also wish to commend the White Sox organization for once again showing their generosity with these tickets and for their recognition of the brave men and women who proudly serve our great city."
"It truly is an honor for the White Sox to pay tribute to the extraordinary men and women of the Police and Fire departments," said White Sox chairman Jerry Reinsdorf. "This is a small gesture of gratitude for the everyday heroes who proudly serve the great city of Chicago."
