The Nats did everything they could to thwart a three-game sweep at the hands of the Dodgers, as every starter in the lineup had at least one hit besides pitcher Shawn Hill. Ryan Church collected four hits and Nook Logan drove in three, but Los Angeles rallied to send the contest to extras and Washington home empty-handed.
