Manny Ramirez's RBI single and Casey Blake's RBI double were enough for Chad Billingsley, who tossed 7 1/3 shutout innings and became the first Dodgers pitcher to win his first four starts since Kaz Ishii, who began the 2002 season by winning his first six.
