The Dodgers were frustrated in the seventh and eighth innings, ending both frames by stranding two runners on base with strikeouts. In the ninth, everything went right, as Juan Pierre and Rafael Furcal singled ahead of Andre Ethier's three-run homer, his fifth walk-off hit of the year.
