Join Phillies outfielder Ben Revere at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Sharing the Heritage Celebration and Day of Service event, held in partnership with the Citizens Bank Foundation, at The African American Museum in Philadelphia, located at 701 Arch Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106. From 11 a.m. - 5 p.m., enjoy free admission to the museum and celebrate with special events and activities including hands-on service projects, a Community Celebration with live performances, readings and more. Revere will be taking part in the festivities at 4 p.m., where he will be welcoming guests in the auditorium, and thanking fans for taking part in this year's MLK Day of Service. A selfie station with Revere will be available, and fans are asked to share their photos with @AAMPMuseum, @CitizensBank and @Phillies using #MLKDay2015 (limited to first 500 fans; no autographs permitted). The Williamsport Crosscutters will host their 9th annual Hot Stove Banquet at the Grand Ballroom of the Genetti Hotel in Williamsport. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Special Phillies guests include Phillies manager Ryne Sandberg, relief pitcher Ken Giles, interim president and former general manager Pat Gillick and the Phillie Phanatic. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the American Rescue Workers.

Sandberg will be joined by 2012 BlueClaw and Phillies relief pitcher Ken Giles, 2008 BlueClaw and Phillies outfielder Domonic Brown, and Phillies outfielder Ben Revere. Gates open at 6pm. All proceeds from the event will benefit BlueClaws Charities and their Community Partners Progra. Tickets for the event are $40 and include a three-course dinner.

At 6 p.m., Darin Ruf will represent the Phillies at this year's Comcast SportsNet 5th Annual Shining Star Awards (sold out) benefitting the March of Dimes. At the Shining Star Awards, five local children representing the urgent needs of the March of Dimes will be presented with awards from current and former players from the Philadelphia 76ers, Eagles, Flyers, Phillies and Union. Also, Villanova head football coach, Andy Talley, will be receiving the 2015 Shining Star Lifetime Achievement Award.
