This A-to-Z Guide was created by the Pittsburgh Pirates to assist guests during their visits to PNC Park. The information in this guide is always subject to change. The information is presented in alphabetical order for your ease of use.

    Tickets for future Pirates home games can be purchased in many ways:

    Online at

    In person:

    • At the Pirates Main Ticket Office located at PNC Park at the corner of West General Robinson and Federal Streets. Ticket Office business hours are Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and during all Pirates home games.
    • In addition to the Main Ticket Office, during home games fans may purchase tickets to future home games at the Advanced Ticket Windows located along the Main Concourse (near Section 117) and the Upper Concourse (near Section 316 behind Home Plate.

    Ticket kiosks:

    • Tickets for all games are also available at the ticket kiosks located in and around PNC Park.

    Guests who appear to be under age 30 are required to show valid photo ID indicating legal proof of age when purchasing alcohol inside the ballpark. Alcoholic beverage sales are limited to two (2) alcoholic beverages per person, per ID. Alcohol will be discontinued at the end of the 7th inning for the entire building, vendor and concession stands. The Rivertowne Brewing Hall of Fame Club and Budweiser Bowtie Bar will continue to serve until the end of the game. The Pirates and game day security staff reserve the right to remove any Guest who is being unruly or disruptive due to his or her intoxication, as well as deny any individual who appears intoxicated during his or her entry into PNC Park. The Pirates and concessions vendors also reserve the right to deny beverage service to any Guest who appears intoxicated.


    Available for all Pirates home games are the All You Can Eat Seats. Menu items include: hot dogs, hamburgers, nachos, salads, popcorn, peanuts, ice cream and soda. A concession stand will be exclusively dedicated to these seat holders. A maximum of four of each item per trip to the dedicated concession stand will apply. Water and adult beverages will be available for purchase at nearby concession stands. Wristbands will be distributed to ticket buyers in the All You Can Eat section during the game.


    The Pittsburgh Pirates Alumni Association, Inc. is a tax-exempt, non-profit corporation headquartered at PNC Park. Its regular membership consists of all living former Pirates players, managers, coaches and other former major leaguers, while the professional membership category includes minor league players, managers, coaches, broadcasters and front office personnel.

    The Pirates Alumni Association was founded to 1) promote and support the game of baseball on behalf of the Pittsburgh Pirates on an amateur and professional level through personal appearances, speaking engagements, clinics and fundraising activities, 2) raise and disburse funds for selected local charities and be involved in community driven activities which support our charitable causes, 3) provide an active association dedicated to helping its membership and their families through support, direction and counseling with the Pirates Alumni "Special Assistance Program" and 4) communicate to its membership through a semi-annual newsletter and regularly scheduled chapter meetings.

    PNC Park welcomes Service Dogs utilized by our Guests with disabilities. We are unable to accommodate any other animals on a regular basis. For those Guests interested in attending specially designated Pirates games with your dog, please call 1-800-BUY-BUCS or log onto for more information on our "Pup Nights" program.


    Soloists interested in singing the National Anthem prior to a Pirates home game should send a CD to National Anthems, Pittsburgh Pirates, P.O. Box 7000, Pittsburgh, PA 15212.     ARAMARK Sports and Entertainment manages food and beverage services, retail stores and merchandise sales at PNC Park. Fans will enjoy 31 permanent and 24 portable concession stands, 6 permanent and 6 portable novelty shops, and 2 team store locations at PNC Park. There's even a public food stand just for kids located at the Highmark Legacy Square Gate. ARAMARK at PNC Park may be reached by calling (412) 325-4450.


    ARAMARK and the Pirates are pleased to offer ARAMARK Dollars to PNC Park Guests. These cash equivalent certificates are available in $5 increments and may be used at all ARAMARK permanent and portable concession stands, Pirate Gear locations and at the Majestic Clubhouse Store. ARAMARK Dollars may be purchased by calling (412) 325-4450 or at the Majestic Clubhouse Store.


    Assisted listening devices may be picked up at the Guest Relations office on the Main Concourse free of charge. Please present your valid credit card or Driver's License for deposit, which will be returned to you upon return of the equipment.


    For your convenience, PNC Bank ATM machines are located throughout PNC Park:

    Pirates players sign autographs before each game when time and Major League Baseball regulations permit. However, we cannot guarantee autograph opportunities will be available and may have to suspend these opportunities for fan/player safety reasons. Throughout the year, Pirates players sign hundreds of autographs that are donated to local charities. Due to these numerous requests we are not able to provide autographs on an individual basis. Special autograph sessions are scheduled throughout the year. For information on these autograph sessions, please visit our website at


    AED devices are located outside the Press Elevator and First & Third Base Elevators, on the Main Concourse, Suite Level, Club Level, and on the Upper Concourse. An AED is also located on the Riverwalk. Below is a detailed list of the AED locations:

    Beginning in the seventh inning and continuing post-game, AAA East Central will offer complimentary service to Guests needing automotive assistance. The "Buc Truck" is located at the west side of the ballpark to help fans with automotive difficulties. To reach the Buc Truck, please see a Guest Relations representative or stop by the nearest Guest Relations location. Guests may also contact AAA directly by phoning (412) 362-1900.

    Baby changing tables are available in all public restrooms at PNC Park, including Family Restrooms.


    The Pirates welcome signs and banners. To ensure that these articles do not pose a safety risk or detract from the enjoyment of other guests, the Pirates request you adhere to the following guidelines:

    • Please do not place banners/signs in the eyesight of the batter, hang over the outfield fences or behind foul poles. Banners should in no way infringe on the sightlines of players, umpires or other PNC Park Guests.
    • The banners/signs must be 4' x 8' or smaller in size.
    • Banners/signs may not be placed anywhere inside the playing field, be commercial, political, derogatory or obscene as determined by the Pirates.

    The Pirates reserve the right to remove any banner/sign that violates these guidelines.


    Batting practice generally begins two hours before most home games. Both teams take infield practice 40 minutes before game time. Times are approximate and subject to change without prior notification and at the discretion of either team. To inquire about how your group can watch Batting Practice from the field or dugout, contact the Pirates Group Sales Department at 1-800-BUY-BUCS (Option 3) or


    Bike racks are located outside the ballpark on Federal Street near the Roberto Clemente Bridge entrance to the park and at the Right Field Gate in the Mazeroski Way cul-de-sac. Bike helmets are permitted inside the ballpark. Bikes are not permitted inside the ballpark.


    Mooring points are located along the Roberto Clemente Park river wall. Access is on a first-come, first-served basis. Boat mooring is restricted at the Roberto Clemente Park river wall during designated Fireworks Nights.


    The Bucaroos Kids Club is for kids 14 and younger, offers special member-only benefits, is valid all year and has two membership options to choose from.


    To minimize disruption to our seated guests, the Pirates request that whenever feasible, fans with tickets in the lower bowl (Sections 101-132) return to their seats between batters or during a stoppage in play.


    All fans in the ballpark will be able to access the Bowtie Bar -- an expansive bar and lounge area -- from the main concourse at the top of Section 101.

    Features of the Budweiser Bowtie Bar include:

    • An expansive "U" shaped bar
    • An open floor plan overlooking right field, as well as the Allegheny River and Downtown Pittsburgh cityscape
    • Seven flat screen HD televisions to ensure fans don't miss any of the game action
    • An expanded covered patio space with a rear glass wall to protect fans from weather
    • Option to rent a portion of the space to host a private group outing of 70 or more people with hospitality included on game days and non-game days. Contact the Pirates Group Sales Department at 1-800-BUY-BUCS (Option 3) or

    Guests are welcome to bring cameras and video recorders (not in hard-sided cases) into the ballpark for personal use only. Commercial use of photos without the expressed consent of the Pirates is prohibited. Fans are requested to avoid standing in the aisles while using this equipment. Guests should not obstruct the views of others while taking pictures and refrain from using tripods and monopods. The Pirates reserve the right to remove any Guests that do not cooperate with this policy.


    For your convenience, PNC Bank ATMs are located throughout the ballpark. We regret we are unable to cash personal checks at PNC Park.


    PNC Park offers complimentary admission to children under 32-inches in height. However, we do request that these children sit in their parent or guardian's lap and not occupy an additional seat. Promotional giveaway items are only available for ticketed guests. Children's ticket prices are available in certain sections of PNC Park. See individual ticket prices for more information.


    ARAMARK manages concessions at PNC Park. The following is a list of concession areas within PNC Park. Also see back inside cover for complete concessions directory and map. Concessions locations on the Club Level of PNC Park are listed under "Levy Restaurants".

    Allegheny City Beverage:
    Your favorite local and domestic Brews. Portable locations in selected areas in the ballpark!
    Ballpark Confections
    Portable location featuring popcorn, pretzels, cotton candy, and soda. Located at Section 118.
    Beers of the Burgh
    Located in our Smorgasburgh this pub style location offers a variety of craft and micro brews on tap as well as some local beverages.
    Beverage Wall
    Grab-n-Go location at Section 115 offering a variety of bottled beverages, specialty snacks & candy, and frozen drinks. Create your very own frozen drinks in a cup or yard!
    Located in Section 115. A local restaurant that serves gourmet burgers, fries and shakes.
    Just for Kids! Located at the Left Field (Legacy Square) Gate.
    Budweiser Bowtie Bar:
    Located at Section 101 this full service bar is open to all guests.
    Chickie's & Pete's:
    Chickie's & Pete's Famous Crabfries are available to guests. This one of kind crinkle cut fry is seasoned with its own secret spices and served with a white cheese sauce. Guests will be able to enjoy the Crabfries in Pops Plaza along with cheesesteak sandwiches.
    Diamond Pizza:
    Enjoy homemade pizza and hoagies during your visit to PNC Park. Located near Section 138 behind the left field bleachers, this pizza pub is open on game days and non-game days.
    Dippin' Dots Ice Cream of the Future:
    Three locations at PNC Park! Located at sections 114, 130 and 315.
    Federal Street Grille:
    Exhibition-style grilled items. Located near Sections 120, 127, 310, 314, and 332. Portable locations also in selected areas of the ballpark!
    I.C. Light Landing:
    Located behind section 137 of the Left Field Bleachers.
    JD's Kettle Korn:
    Enjoy hot, fresh, olde-fashioned kettle korn available in three delicious flavors - Original, Caramel and Cheese. Located behind Section 127 on the Main Concourse and at Section 141 on the Riverwalk next to Manny's Bar-B-Q.
    A stand offering healthier options including gluten free and vegetarian menu items. Salads, sandwiches, and beverages are offered to the health conscious guest! Located in section 128-129.
    Manny's Bar-B-Q:
    Enjoy Bar-B-Q beef and pork sandwiches and platters along the Riverwalk and meet Manny Sanguillen before the game!
    Now has a location at PNC Park offering a wide variety of Asian style cuisine. Sushi, hibachi, sashimi, handmade egg rolls, and a variety of sides are just some of the items available. Located in Pops Plaza!
    North Shore Nacho Express:
    Pick up your nachos and refreshments at these locations throughout PNC Park.
    North Shore Refreshment Company:
    Traditional favorites located near Sections 108, 114, 123, 135, 146, 305, 307, 318, 328, and 322.
    Papa Duke's:
    Visit our Papa Dukes location in Section 117 for authentic gyros and gyro salads available straight off the spit!
    Pops' Plaza:
    Food court with all of Hall of Famer, Willie Stargell's favorites: Nakama, Chicken-on the-Hill, Pub 475, Familee BBQ and Chickie's & Pete's. Located on the Main Concourse near Sections 129-132.
    Primanti Brothers:
    Enjoy a Primanti Brother's Almost Famous sandwich with your choice of meat, coleslaw, fries, lettuce, and tomato on a sourdough roll. Located in Smorgasburgh at Section 110.
    Quaker Steak and Lube:
    Well established restaurant in the area offering a limited menu of their famous wings and sauces. Five of their most popular flavors to choose from are Hot, Mild, BBQ, Arizona Ranch, and Louisiana Lickers to cover your choice of buckets sizes or boneless wings. Located in Sections 109 and 322.
    Rita's Italian Ice:
    A variety of Italian ice flavors offered that are fat free, cholesterol free, and trans fat free. Rita's also offers a Misto shake which is a combination of their famous custard and Italian ice for a cool refreshing treat. Located in Section 140.
    Rivertowne Brewing Hall of Fame Club:
    Any ticketed guest is welcome to enjoy appetizers, sandwiches, entrees, desserts, kids meals, and daily food specials. A full service bar is also available with mixed drinks, wine, and a variety of beer. (Mixed drinks & wine must stay in Rivertowne Brewing Hall of Fame Club area).
    Riverwalk Grill:
    This grill location will offer signature footlongs, fresh angus craft burgers, and a variety of French fry options for the guest. Located in section 144.
    Sincerely Yogurt:
    Located behind Section 107, Sincerely Yogurt offers self-serve frozen yogurt and do-it yourself toppings. Enjoy a healthy and delicious alternative to traditional frozen desserts.
    Food Court area near Section 110 with all Pittsburgh's specialties, including Beers of the Burgh, Primanti Bros., and Quaker Steak & Lube!
    Soft Serve Express:
    Soft Serve Express is an extension of our already popular Sweet Spot. Guests will have the option to order soft serve cones and helmet sundaes with all the toppings available at the main stand.
    Sweet Spot:
    Stay cool with hand-dipped and soft serve ice cream, as well as, frozen drinks. Located behind Section 119.

    The Pirates accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover credit cards. These credit cards will also be accepted at all Levy Restaurants and ARAMARK permanent concession stands, Pirates Outfitters and Pirates Gear locations.

    The Budweiser Good Sport Designated Driver Program is presented by Budweiser, Fuhrer Eagle, and ARAMARK. Registrants for the Budweiser Good Sport Designated Driver Program must be 21 years of age and have a valid Driver's License. In return for promising responsibility for the safe and sober transportation of their group from the ballpark, a registrant will receive a Budweiser Good Sport prize pack and receive one (1) coupon redeemable for a non-alcoholic beverage during the game at Northshore Refreshment Company locations only. Registrants also receive a Budweiser Good Sport Designated Driver paper wristband. The Budweiser Good Sport Designated Driver Program booth is located on the first base side of the Main Concourse across from Section 101.     The Pirates are committed to providing every Guest with a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the ballpark, including those Guests with disabilities. To accommodate our Guests with disabilities, PNC Park offers the following:

    • Drop-off zones located near the ballpark along Mazeroski Way and West General Robinson Street.
    • Parking for Guests with disabilities in all Pirates parking lots surrounding PNC Park. This parking is available on a first-come first-served basis. Call ALCO Parking Corporation at (412) 323-4455 for more information.
    • Accessible seating options throughout the ballpark. If an exchange is required for an accessible seating location, please visit any ticket window or visit the Main Guest Relations Office located behind Section 117.
    • Assisted listening devices available upon request at the Main Guest Relations location near Section 117.
    • TTY telephones located in the main Guest Relations location near Section 117.
    • Open-captioned scoreboard to accommodate Guests with hearing impairments.
    • Elevators conveniently located throughout the ballpark.

    Drinking fountains are available throughout PNC Park at the following locations. All drinking fountain locations are accessible.

    For the convenience of our Guests requiring special assistance, elevators are located throughout PNC Park. Please refer to the directional signage nearest you for specific locations.

    Escalators are located at the third base/left field stands near Pop's Plaza and provide mechanized access to the Grandstand Level of PNC Park. Escalators are also located behind Home Plate to provide access from the street level to the Main Concourse. Please refer to directional signage for specific escalator locations.

    Located on Federal Street from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. before Sunday matinee home games. The #1 Cochran Family Fun Zone is free to all fans and offers a variety of kids-oriented games, activities and entertainment for Pirates fans ages 14 and under.


    For the convenience of our Guests, Family Restrooms are located on each level of PNC Park. Smoking is not permitted in these locations or throughout the ballpark. All Family Restrooms are accessible for our Guests with Disabilities.

    • Main Concourse: Pop's Plaza (near Section 132); near Sections 115 and 119; Smorgasburgh (Section 112)
    • Club Level: near World Series Suite 1979; near Sections 222/223, 209/210; and at Pirates Cove (Section 201)
    • Upper Concourse: near Sections 305, 316 and 331
    • Outfield/Riverwalk: near Section 146 and 133; right field handicap access ramp

    In the interest of player and Guest safety, PNC Park maintains a zero tolerance policy regarding fan interference with a ball in play or a player during the game. Failure to comply with the policy could result in immediate removal from PNC Park and criminal sanctions.

    The PNC Park First Aid Stations presented by Allegheny Health Network are located on the Main Concourse and Grandstand Level. For the protection of our Guests, trained medical personnel are on duty for all games. The First Aid Stations at PNC Park are equipped with advanced life support, cardiac monitor, oxygen equipment and I.V. drug administration. Should you have a medical emergency or need medical assistance, please refer to the nearest directional signage for First Aid Station locations, call for assistance on a Guest Relations Courtesy Telephone or ask any member of the PNC Park event staff.


    Guests are welcome to keep any foul ball hit into the stands. At no time should a foul or home run ball be thrown back on the field. Violators will be subject to ejection at the clubs discretion. Any Guest interfering with a ball in play will also be subject to ejection at the clubs discretion. Unfortunately, the Pirates are not able to accommodate requests for player autographs of foul balls.

    Gates open one and one half hours (1 1/2) prior to game time and two hours on Opening Day. For games starting at 7:05pm or later, the Clemente Gate opens two and one half hours (2 1/2) prior to game time. For daytime starts earlier than 7:05pm, the Clemente Gate opens two hours (2) prior to game time.


    Pirates gift cards are available in denominations of $25 and $50. Gift cards can be purchased at the Pirates Box Office, online at and also at select Giant Eagles. Gift cards are currently redeemable for the purchase of non-discounted individual game tickets for Pirates games both online or at the PNC Park Box Office. The cards may also be redeemed for purchase of Pirates merchandise at Majestic Clubhouse Store and other goods may be purchased online at For the latest on redemption options contact Pirates Customer Service at 1-800-BUY-BUCS.


    Dugout Areas

    • Ball striking dugout railings and rebounding onto playing field: In Play.
    • Ball entering dugout: Out of Play (Award by Book Rule).
    • Ball on top step (lip) of dugout: In Play.
    • A catch cannot be made in either dugout: Out of Play.

    Backstop Area

    • Pitched or thrown ball on resting ledge of signage behind Home Plate: In Play.

    Outfield Area

    • Batted ball in flight striking taller wall in left-center field and bounding into left field stands: Home Run.
    • Batted ball in flight striking to left of vertical yellow line in right center field and rebounding into play: Home Run.

    Right Field

    • Ball reaching the seats above the railing: Home Run.
    • Ball hitting screen above scoreboard and beneath railing: In Play.
    • Ball striking railing and bounding into right field: In Play.

    Pirates games are more fun in groups. Book your outing early as dates fill quickly. Group tickets may be purchased by calling 1-800-BUY-BUCS (Option 3), emailing or by visiting Discounts apply for selected dates. Groups of 15 or more may qualify for discounts to selected dates. Groups that purchased the Hats Off Package may redeem their hats voucher by visiting the Pirates Treasure Chest located at the bottom of the Trib Total Media Rotunda.


    Guests must refrain from conduct that is inconsistent with a safe and enjoyable atmosphere at PNC Park, including but not limited to:

    • Interfering with other guests ability to enjoy the game;
    • Using foul or abusive language and/or gestures;
    • Appearing to be in an impaired or intoxicated capacity;
    • Using tobacco products of any kind;
    • Failing to produce a ticket on request or sitting in a seat which is not ticketed;
    • Being in possession of certain items that are not permitted within PNC Park, including balloons, laser pointers, fireworks, or other item determined by the Pirates to be hazardous or disruptive;
    • Interfering with the progress of the game, a ball in play or throwing objects onto or entering the playing field.
    • Wearing clothing which, in the judgment of the Pirates, is indecent or otherwise detracts from the experience of other guests.

    Violators may be subject to ejection and/or possible arrest.


    Guests may seek assistance from any PNC Park employee. Guest Relations presented by the Bradenton Area Convention and Visitors Center locations can be found throughout the building and are open to serve you at least one and one-half hours (1 1/2) prior to each game and 30 minutes after each game. Guest Relations locations are as follows:

    • Main Concourse Office: near Section 117 (near Trib Total Media Home Plate Rotunda)
    • Upper Concourse Office: near Section 316 (near Trib Total Media Home Plate Rotunda)
    • Suite Level Business Center: near Trib Total Media Home Plate Rotunda

    When a Pirates player hits a home run at PNC Park, Guest Relations staff members will approach the Guest who caught the ball. Guests have the option to return the ball to the staff member in exchange for an autographed baseball signed by the Pirates player that hit the home run. Signed baseballs will be mailed to the Guest.

    All fans in the ballpark will be able to access the I.C. Light Landing located behind section 137 of the Left Field Bleachers.

    Young children attending Pirates games may obtain a free ID bracelet personalized with their name and seat location, enabling event staff to return lost children to their seats. Wristbands are available for all home games at any Guest Relations location. Please report concerns about a lost child to the nearest Guest Relations location or contact any PNC Park employee for assistance.


    Future Bucs may take a break from the action at the Highmark Kids Zone located at the Right Field Gate. Highmark Kids Zone features a miniature PNC Park configuration as well as a multi-purpose play set. Children ages five through ten are permitted and must be accompanied by an adult. For the safety of all our young Guests, Pirates event staff may close the area during inclement weather.


    Following select Sunday games, kids age 14 & under to participate in Kids Run The Bases - right on the field! The line begins forming in the 8th inning on the right field Riverwalk; Bucco Brigade members will be on hand to direct guests. Please note that as is the policy for all ticket holders, there is no re-entry once a guest has exited PNC Park. The Pirates reserve the right to cancel Kids Run The Bases in the event of inclement weather or for other reasons.

    Legacy Square is a permanent interactive exhibit to honor and preserve the history of the Negro Leagues and the great players from the Homestead Grays and Pittsburgh Crawfords. The interactive exhibit is located inside the Highmark Legacy Square Gate Entrance at PNC Park and shares the inspiring story of the remarkable people that helped revolutionize the sports and business world in their own way.

    The exhibit features life-size bronze statues of former Negro Leagues greats, each accompanied by an interactive kiosk allowing fans to view a personal video and learn about the player's background, Hall of Fame honors and playing statistics.

It also features a full bar, 21 taps of unique craft and import beers and high-end wine.     On-field ceremonies occur prior to each Pirates home game to salute corporate partners, civic and community activities and provide entertainment for PNC Park Guests. These ceremonies include throwing out the first pitch, the singing of the National Anthem, color guards and group recognitions.     Major League Baseball and the Pirates are committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere for fans attending games at PNC Park.

    Each Guest is permitted to bring one bag into the ballpark. MLB and the Pirates recognize that bags, purses, fanny packs and backpacks 16-inches by 16-inches by 8-inches or smaller are permitted. All bags are subject to search upon entry and within the ballpark. Soft-sided coolers and soft-sided briefcases are permitted. Hard-sided coolers and briefcases, ice packs and cooler inserts are NOT permitted. For the convenience of those Guests not carrying purses, fanny packs and bags into the ballpark, express lanes are offered at each gate.

    Guests are permitted to bring bottled water and food that may fit into a 16-inches by 16-inches by 8-inches soft-sided bag. Water bottles should not exceed 24 ounces in size, and must be clear, plastic, sealed and disposable. Children's juice boxes and items necessary for medical purposes are permitted. Alcoholic beverages, carbonated beverages, sports drinks, cans, glass bottles and thermoses are not allowed.

    Outside food and beverage is not permitted entry into the Lexus Club, Suite Level or the Rivertowne Brewing Hall of Fame Club areas.

    For the comfort and security of all Guests, hazardous or disruptive items cannot be brought into PNC Park. Samples of these items that are not permitted include boom boxes, inflatable balls, balloons, motorcycle helmets, Frisbee discs, laser pointers, fireworks, footballs and weapons of any kind. The Pirates reserve the right to inspect and remove any packages and/or containers.

    There are many parking options for fans attending Pirates games at PNC Park. If you are coming from the East, South or West, and do not have a pre-sold parking space, Downtown parking is recommended for easiest access and exiting. PNC Park is a delightful five-minute walk from downtown across the Clemente Bridge. If you are coming from the North, North Shore parking provides the easiest access and exiting.


    Located near center field along the Allegheny River, the Pirates Picnic Park offers a spectacular view of downtown Pittsburgh and the Roberto Clemente Bridge.     Pirates Charities is the official philanthropic arm of the Pittsburgh Pirates. The team has a long and proud tradition of providing support and assistance to those in need through a multitude of community relations programs and initiatives. The creation of Pirates Charities has helped to focus the ballclub's charitable efforts, allowing the Pirates to make an even greater impact in the community. Since its inception in the fall of 2006, Pirates Charities has made an impact on the Pittsburgh region, Bradenton, Florida community and Estorga, Dominican Republic (location of the Pirates Latin American Headquarters).


    Pirates Charities 50/50 Raffles are conducted during every home game. Tickets are: 3 for $5, 10 for $10 and 40 for $20. Winner receives 50% of the total collected and the remaining 50% benefits Pirates Charities. Tickets are sold through the last out of the 6th inning and the winning number is announced in the middle of the 8th inning (winner need not be present).     PNC Park is available on non-game days and during the off-season for various events. We can accommodate groups from 20 to 2,000 guests for corporate events, seminars, weddings, cocktail receptions, holiday parties, charity galas, bar/bat mitzvahs and much more.     The right to postpone the playing of a game shall be vested in the home club. Once a game has started the Umpire-in-Chief shall have sole right to determine whether the game shall be terminated because of inclement weather or unfit playing conditions. Under the provisions of the Official Playing Rules, the Umpire-in-Chief shall have the sole and unquestioned authority to determine whether and when play shall be halted during a game; whether and when play shall be resumed; and whether and when a game shall be terminated because of bad weather or unfit playing conditions. The Official Playing Rules provide that when a game is temporarily suspended for rain, umpires must wait 30 minutes before calling the game. However, umpires have been instructed to wait at least one (1) hour and 15 minutes before calling the game.

    Should there be a second suspension, umpires shall wait at least 45 minutes before calling a game. For third and any subsequent rain delays umpires are to wait at least 30 minutes (as stated in the Major League Baseball Rule Book).

    Premium seating is located in four areas of PNC Park. Luxury Suites and the Pittsburgh Baseball Club seats are available for individual and group purchase. The Lexus Club and Club Cambria seats are available as a season package or to Season Ticket Holders on an individual game basis. The Suites and Club Cambria are located on the Suite Level, directly above the main concourse of the ballpark spanning Left to Right Field. Suite Level ticket holders have exclusive access to the PBC (Pittsburgh Baseball Club). The Lexus Club seats are located directly behind Home Plate (Sections 14-19) and the PBC is located on the Club Level of the ballpark (Sections 207-228). PBC, Luxury Suite and Club Cambria ticket holders have exclusive access to the three PBC clubs - Club 3000, Keystone Corner and Gunners. Season Ticket Holders in any of these four (4) Premium seating sections are automatically enrolled in the Premium Advantages program.     Prize Wheels are located around the ballpark and offer fans 18 years of age or older an opportunity to win a prize. Locations may vary throughout the season, but are generally located under the Left Field Bleachers, on the Riverwalk, and on the PBC level. The Prize Wheel can be played from the time gates open until the 5th inning on the Riverwalk and Club locations and the Bleachers until the end of the 8th inning. Guests are limited to one spin per person per game. Prize Wheel Pirates Rally Passes can be obtained at any operating Prize Wheel. Prizes, wheel locations and periods of operation are subject to change.


    Each fan eligible to receive a promotional item, based on advertised promotional guidelines, must have a game day ticket and pass through the turnstile to receive the item. Depending on the game date, items may be distributed to all fans, kids only*, moms (Mothers Day 2014) or to the first 25,000 fans through the gates on that game date.     Media Guide:
    The Pittsburgh Pirates Media Guide features complete player biographies, statistics, team records and information about the Pirates and their minor league system.     Pirates First Pitch:
    The official gameday program of the Pittsburgh Pirates. Pirates First Pitch is published each homestand during the Pirates regular season and is free to all guests. It contains features on the Pirates, news about Pittsburgh's opponents, information on PNC Park, and much more.
    Pirates Yearbook:
    Once a year, the Pirates publish the Pirates Yearbook. The Yearbook contains fullcolor player biographies, plus special features and information about PNC Park. The Yearbook can be purchased at the ballpark.

    For the convenience of our Guests, Family Restrooms are located on each level of PNC Park. Smoking is not permitted in these locations or throughout the ballpark:

    • Main Concourse: Pop's Plaza (near Section 132); near Sections 115 and 119; Smorgasburgh (Section 112)
    • Club Level: near World Series Suite 1979; near Sections 222/223, 209/210; and at Pirates Cove (Section 201)
    • Upper Concourse: near Sections 305, 316 and 331
    • Outfield/Riverwalk: near Section 146 and 133; right field handicap access ramp

    The Rivertowne Brewing Hall of Fame Club offers a casual dining and sports bar atmosphere with wait service and is open to all ticket holders before, during and after home games. The space features an open floor plan with table seating for more than 215 guests, a full-service bar and a lounge chair seating area. Twenty flat screen HD televisions, including two 52-inch flat screens, will ensure fans don't miss any of the game action. The Rivertowne Brewing Hall of Fame Club also features a 1,000 square foot outdoor patio overlooking left-center field, the Riverwalk and the Allegheny River, complete with a full bar, table seating for more than 100 guests and a canopy covering to shade the area from the sun. All fans in the ballpark are able to access the Rivertowne Brewing Hall of Fame Club from the stairs located just inside the Center Field Gate, through the entrance on Federal Street near the Willie Stargell gate or across the pedestrian bridge adjacent to the second floor of the Majestic Clubhouse Store.

    For a $35 donation to Pirates Charities, you can have a personal message displayed on the PNC Park scoreboard. It's a great way to say "Happy Birthday" or "Congratulations!" to your favorite Pirates fan watching the game at America's most beautiful ballpark. A maximum of 25 messages are displayed during every home game.

    For a $50 donation you will also receive an 8"x10" commemorative "Scoreboard Memory" photo, which will be mailed to you approximately three weeks following the end of the homestand of which your message was displayed.

    If a guest experiences difficulties with other guest(s) in the ballpark or is in need of assistance from ballpark operations personnel for any other issue (medical, security, etc.), they are encouraged to use their mobile phone to anonymously text SECURITY to 61592.     A limited number of standing room tickets will be made available for sold-out games, per the discretion of the ball club. Standing room viewing will only be allowed in areas of the main concourse, rotundas and riverwalk that do not block the view or game enjoyment of other patrons, including those with ADA accessible seats.


    PNC Park welcomes Guests that bring and utilize their own strollers however, the use of strollers should not in any way inhibit general Guest movement or block any aisle ways. Strollers are not available to rent. Guests may check strollers at the Guest Relations offices on the Main and Upper Concourses. Strollers may be subject to search by game day security staff.

    FREE "T" service between the Golden Triangle Stations to the North Side Station and between Allegheny Station and the North Side Station. FREE and frequent "T" Service is provided before and after Pirates Events.

    A taxi stand is available to assist you in getting home. The stand is located on the west side of Federal Street, adjacent to the Spring Hill Suites by Marriott hotel. You can also stop in the Main Guest Relations office, located on the Main Concourse behind section 117. One of our Guest Relations representatives will be happy to call a cab for you.     Lost/stolen game tickets:
    Please remember that game tickets are valuable and should be secured like cash. If game tickets are lost or stolen, please phone the Pirates Ticket Office at 1-800-BUY-BUCS. If your season tickets are stolen, you must file a police report and submit a copy to the Pirates, so that your tickets can be reprinted free-of-charge. Call the Season Ticket Service Department at 1-800-274-2827 for more information and assistance.
    Rain Checks:
    If a regulation game is not played on the game date printed on the ticket, please refer to for the rain check exchange policy. Information is also available by calling 1-800-BUY-BUCS or by visiting the PNC Park Ticket Office located on West General Robinson Street. Please retain your ticket stub for the regulation game that was not played as it will need to be presented at the time of exchange.
    There are no refunds once a game ticket has been purchased.
    The Pittsburgh Pirates do not condone the reselling of game tickets. Any reselling of tickets must comply with Pennsylvania law and the City of Pittsburgh's ordinance in the reselling zone only located at North Shore and Tony Dorsett. (Guests are encouraged only to purchase tickets through official channels.)

    In consideration of the health and comfort of others, the use of tobacco products of any kind is not permitted anywhere in PNC Park. The Club reserves the right to eject any person violating this policy.


    The Pittsburgh Pirates invite you to tour PNC Park, "The Best Ballpark in America." Our interactive, one-of-a-kind tour will give Guests a broad view of the 38,000-seat facility with its classic view of the city's picturesque skyline.

    PNC Park tours are available from April 2, 2014 through September 26, 2014. Tours are offered Monday-Friday, on both game days and non-game days. Tours will begin promptly at both 10:00 a.m. and Noon on days when the Pirates are scheduled for an evening game.

    An additional tour will be given at 2:00 p.m. on dates when there is no home game. During the months of June, July and August, tours will only be offered on home game dates. Tours are also offered one Saturday per month. The Saturday dates for the 2013 season are as follows: April 5, May 3, May 24, June 28, July 5, August 9, and September 13. Saturday tour times are 10:00am, 11:00am and noon, except on dates with a 4:05 game time. All dates and times are subject to change.

    Group tours are offered for organizations with 25 or more persons and special group rates are available. Groups smaller than 25 people, purchase your tickets online via the website at:

    Groups that purchased the Hats Off, PA Game Commission, PA Fish & Boating Commission packages may redeem their voucher by visiting the Treasure Chest.     Guests in need of a wheelchair can request wheelchair services from any Pirates employee throughout the ballpark. Guests can also contact any Guest Relations staff member for assistance.


    Phone and Internet purchases may be picked up with the credit card used to purchase tickets, confirmation number, and photo ID at any open PNC Park ticket kiosk or window, during normal business hours or on game days.

    Ticket kiosks are the most convenient way to pick up tickets ordered online or by phone. The credit card used to purchase your tickets is required, and will be used to locate your order but will not be charged again.

    Tickets ordered for luxury suites or through special arrangements from members of the Pirates organization including players and front office staff are to be picked up at the main box office windows located at the corner of Federal and West General Robinson Streets. Complimentary tickets may be picked-up one and one half (1 1/2) hours prior to game time. Windows are designated as "Will Call" by electronic message signs.


    The Pirates have seven (7) exclusive World Series Suites, located down the left field line on the Club Level. World Series Suites are able to accommodate groups of 30-100 people and provide the perfect atmosphere for client outings, corporate meetings, wedding receptions, birthday celebrations and other special occasions.
