In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Responsibility.

Why did you join the program? I joined so I can be a leader in my community and through my life. I also joined so I can develop my leadership skills.

What have you gained from the program? I have learned to communicate more.

What is your favorite part of the program? My favorite part is mentoring at different schools and interacting with the little kids.
