Upon receipt of the online request form, we will review your request and you will receive an e-mail or telephone confirmation that your request has been received
If the online request form is incomplete, we will notify you via e-mail or telephone that additional information is needed
If we confirm Rangers Captain to attend your event and there is a change in the date for any reason, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate the new date. If any changes occur after the date has been confirmed, please notify the mascot coordinator as soon as possible.
If appropriate, we may ask your organization to provide a media plan which we will share with our public relations staff to ensure the greatest level of exposure for all organizations involved
If for any reason Rangers Captain must cancel an appearance, the mascot coordinator will notify the group/event contact immediately and every effort will be made to provide an alternative appearance
MASCOT AVAILABILITY
Captain is available for appearances in the Metroplex (DFW) area
Rangers Captain is not available to make appearances on the day of Texas Rangers home games
EVENT REQUIREMENTS
Event hosts must provide a private changing area for the mascot
Water must be provided for the mascot
AFTER THE MASCOT HAS BEEN CONFIRMED
The mascot coordinator will contact you by phone to discuss the event in more detail and finalize the contract for the appearance
Any uses of team trademarks (through photography, collateral, advertising, etc.,) must be approved by the Texas Rangers
FOLLOWING THE EVENT
The Texas Rangers retain the right to use any photography or videography taken during the event for promotional or marketing purposes
The Texas Rangers request that any photograph/videography shot during the event be provided to the team, preferably in a digital format
